Everpower International has obtained exclusive commercial rights from Hollywood Chamber of Commerce for Hollywood Walk of Fame, Hollywood Museum, Iconic Hollywood Mountain Logo, Valiant Comics and various other Intellectual Properties’ Commercial Use Rights. And we are also collaborating with various celebrities from world-class soccer players to top boxing champions to top museums, to build their metaverse presence.

Everpower International plans to build a NFT “Amazon” and a Hollywood metaverse using Hollywood and Walk Of Fame as the background. We have the legal rights to turn these assets into NFT and are in progress to issue a NFT that represents landmark Hollywood trademarked unique assets such as Stars on Walk of Fame, celebrity signatures, etc.

This is just one example of our great vision to build the “Amazon” of NFTs based on physical scarce assets: A platform to standardize these physical assets, to offer issuance, trading, and bid of these NFTs, and also provide related financial services for NFTs owners, such as financing. The philosophy of NFT “Amazon” is similar to that of Harrods department store, "Make it easier for customers by putting our entire store at their disposal".

The company has begun to develop some NFTs based on physical scarce assets, including luxury goods, and has built good cooperative relations with many well-known trading platforms, including Opensea and Binance. In the meantime, the company is discussing with some Hollywood celebrities, football players, boxers and other athletic stars about the cooperation of Hollywood metaverse and NFT.

Hollywood Metaverse: Move Hollywood into the digital world and provide a world where ordinary people can interact with their stars, such as a football match with famous football players and movie stars under Hollywood iconic signs, etc. 

Security Token Offering: We are in talk with Hong Kong SFC to start Security Offering business focused on OTC Bond and Private Equities, under the License 7/9. The business is to grant access of previously high-barrier asset to general public by fractionizing PE fund and Bond Portfolio that are held in the balance sheet of reputable Asset Managers. We have secured a contract with a World Top 10 Asset Manager as our strategic partner to provide this service.
