The founder of Everpower and the company's President. Dr. Nan Lin, born in Putian, Fujian, currently resides in the United States. Dr. Lin Nan attended Xiamen University at the age of 15, and became teacher at East China University of Science and Technology at the age of 19. Dr. Nan Lin used to be the CEO of a listed company in Hong Kong (HKEX code "8041"), CEO of Shanghai Online (China's first-generation Internet company), investor and president of OA365.com, which was later acquired by Staples and became Staples China, and executive CEO of China Huayang Economic and Trade Group Co., Ltd (a large state-owned comapny in China), etc. Dr. Nan Nan has the successful operation experience of several listed companies in China and Hongkong, and is currently operating SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) in the United States. The ongoing SPAC projects include Alberton and Orisun. A new SPAC Everpower Acqusition is under preparation and is expecting to be listed on NASDAQ in 2020.
